alterations & extension to Kilkeel Credit Union

Originally built in early 20th century, formally being the Munster & Leinster Bank, this Grade B2 Listed building was re-modelled & restored, retaining all of the formal neo-classical features both internally and externally. We were also commissioned to include a contemporary extension to the rear of the property to facilitate interview, conference & archive rooms, managers office and full welfare facilities. Due to the narrow linear site constraints, it was vital to provide clerestory windows to the internal circulation space.
