major retail complex, 5-ways, Newry

An innovated commercial development consisting of large retail supermarket, off-license premises, mixed use small retail and restaurant. It was developed and constructed whilst continuing its existing operation nearby and hosts a number of bespoke features including opaque fabric forecourt canopy.  Since opening in July 2012, the large retail supermarket went on to win the UK Retail of the Year Award 2013.
